The National Weather Service in Medford has issued a freeze
warning... which is in effect from 2 am to 9 am PDT Saturday. The
freeze watch has been upgraded.

* Temperature... the upper 20s to lower 30s are expected early this
morning and again tonight into Saturday morning.

* Locations in the warning area this morning include... Klamath Falls,
Merrill, Chiloquin, Sprague River, Chemult, Lakeview and
Valley Falls.

* Locations in the warning area tonight include... Merrill,
Chiloquin, bonazana, Chemult and Malin.

* Locations in the advisory this morning include... Keno and Worden.

* Locations in the advisory tonight include... Keno, Klamath
Falls, Worden and Midland.

* Impacts... sensitive vegetation may be killed or damaged if
left unprotected.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A freeze warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation.

A frost advisory means that widespread frost is expected.
Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
