Winds will shift to the west tonight. Gusty and erratic winds possible near heavy showers this afternoon and evening. * Visibility... 1 to 2 miles in snow dropping to less than one mile at times during periods of heavier snow. * Impacts... mountain roads and highways will become icy and snow packed.
