Tropical storm conditions expected. Showers and isolated thunderstorms. Locally heavy rainfall possible. Near steady temperature in the mid 60s. East winds 30 to 35 mph with gusts to around 45 mph becoming southeast 35 to 45 mph with gusts to around 60 mph after midnight. Chance of rain near 100 percent.
