localized amounts up to 6 inches, and ice accumulations of a
light glaze are expected.
* Where... portions of northern to northwestern Iowa.

* Additional details... winds gusting as high as 45 mph will cause
patchy blowing and drifting snow. Visibility may be less than 1
mile during periods of heavier snow.
