* Impacts... these temperatures will harm or kill sensitive
vegetation if steps aren't taken to protect them.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A freeze warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will harm or kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation. After midnight, 10 to 15 mph winds will
make outdoor protection of plants more difficult and ineffective.
Bring plants indoors if possible.

* Forecast: rise to 15.5 feet Tuesday morning. Fall below flood stage
Sunday evening.
* Impact: at 15.5 feet, water affects residences along County Road
g28 and affects several gravel roads.

* Forecast: fall below flood stage Wednesday morning.
* Impact: at 14.0 feet, water affects many residences in Cedar
Bluff.
