Ice accumulations from freezing rain up to one tenth of an inch.

* Additional details... plan on slippery Road conditions.
Precipitation will change to all rain during the afternoon for
most of the area before a changeover to snow is expected this
evening or tonight. The snow will be accompanied by a quick drop
in temperatures, which will fall through the 20s. This could
result in a flash freeze situation late tonight into Wednesday
A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
