Winter Storm Warning, Wind Chill Advisory

... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until noon CST today...
... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 11 am CST this
morning...

* what... heavy snow occurring. Dangerous wind chills expected,
including during the morning commute. Additional accumulations
up to 1 inch are expected. Wind chill values will be around -10
through midday.

* Where... Hancock County.

* When... for the Winter Storm Warning, until 1 PM today. For the
Wind Chill Advisory, until noon EST.

* Additional details... the cold wind chills will cause frostbite
in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow are
occurring this will make travel very hazardous or impossible.

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
