... Accumulating snow Sunday...
A disturbance moving across the northern plains and southern
Canada will bring accumulating snow to eastern North Dakota and
northwest Minnesota mainly during the day Sunday. Most locations
will receive 1 to 3 inches of total snowfall from early Sunday
morning through late Sunday afternoon. Portions of eastern North
Dakota and the northern Red River valley may see a narrow axis of
heavier snow exceeding 4 inches. At this time the location of any
heavier snow band is uncertain, so subsequent forecasts will need
to be monitored as this system unfolds.
Expect slippery roadways to develop Sunday along with brief
visibility restrictions that could make travel difficult.
