A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.

Issued: 8:28 PM CST Nov. 14, 2018 – National Weather Service

... Black ice is possible across the midsouth through mid morning
Thursday...

The threat of wintry mix precipitation will continue to decrease
overnight, however puddles remaining on roadways may quickly
freeze this evening forming black ice. These conditions are more
likely on elevated surfaces such as bridges and overpasses.
Drivers are urged to exercise caution tonight. Be prepared for
patches of ice on roads. Slow down and allow extra time when
traveling.

Temperatures should warm above freezing by 9 or 10 am.
