southeastern Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico...
northwestern El Paso County in southwestern Texas...

* until 1015 PM MDT.

* At 914 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause flooding in the advisory area.
Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...

Fort Bliss...
Santa Teresa...
Anthony...
Vinton...
Mission Valley...
Sunland Park...
Biggs field...
Fort Bliss northeast...
central El Paso...

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
