* what... heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8
inches possible. Locally higher snow totals on the benches,
Wasatch back, southwest Wyoming, and the central and southwest
Utah valleys. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.

* Where... in Wyoming, southwest Wyoming. In Utah, Salt Lake and
Tooele valleys, southern Wasatch front, Wasatch Mountain
valleys, Sanpete/Sevier valleys, west central Utah and
southwest Utah.

* When... Monday through Monday night.

* Additional details... travel may be difficult as early as the
Monday morning commute, lasting through Monday night. Expect
winter driving conditions. Consider replenishing your car kit
of extra clothing, food, water, flashlight and other supplies.
