through Monday evening...

including during the evening commute on Monday. Total snow
accumulations of 5 to 10 inches, with localized amounts up to 11
inches, and ice accumulations of a light glaze are possible.
Winds will be strong with this system, which will cause blowing
and drifting snow.

* Where... portions of north central and northwest Wisconsin.

* When... from Monday morning through early Tuesday morning.

* Additional details... significant reductions in visibility are
possible.
