* visibility... the visibility will be reduced to one-quarter
mile or less at times.
* Impacts... the poor visibility will result in hazardous travel
conditions. In addition, lingering moisture from yesterday's
snowfall and moisture from the fog may freeze on untreated
roads, bridges and overpasses, leading to icy patches.
* A slow improvement in conditions is expected to begin mid-
morning, but some fog may linger into the afternoon.
A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use
