... Gusty winds with low relative humidity Friday...

Ahead of a Pacific low pressure trough, gusty winds are expected
developing late Friday morning continuing through Friday evening.
Southwest winds of 20 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph are expected.
Relative humidity is expected to drop to 17 to 23 percent in the
afternoon.

Outdoor burning is not recommended.

... Red flag warning remains in effect until 7 PM MDT this
evening...

* impacts: low humidities... unseasonably warm temperatures... and
strong gusty winds will create erratic fire behavior and new
fire starts.

* Affected area:
in central WY fire zone... .280.
In north central WY fire zone... .281.

* Counties affected:
in central WY... Natrona.
In north central WY... Johnson.

* Wind: southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* Humidity: as low as 11 percent.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions are
either occurring now... .or will shortly. A combination of strong
winds... low relative humidity... and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
