Friday...

A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect until 10 am chst Friday.

Combined seas of 8 to 11 feet will continue within the marianas
waters through the weekend. These seas are sufficient to make
boating conditions hazardous to small craft.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Inexperienced mariners... especially those operating smaller
vessels... should avoid boating in these conditions. If travel by
boat is necessary... exercise caution... especially near reef lines
and when entering or leaving harbors and inlets.
