waters including the Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary... a 1032 mb high in southern British Columbia is forecast to move slowly east through sun. Light low level offshore flow across western WA will ease tonight. A weak Pacific frontal system will approach the area Monday with low level flow turning onshore. The associated cold front is expected to move through western WA Mon night. Higher pres will then build offshore Tue and move onshore Wed.
