a few coastal showers possible overnight... Isolated showers over the Atlantic will move westward at 15 to 20 mph over the Atlantic and could occasionally affect a few spots up and down the central Florida East Coast. A developing area of low pressure over the northern Bahamas continues to move northeast at 20 mph toward the open Atlantic. Its large rain shield will remain well offshore the Florida East Coast. The low is being closely monitored for possible tropical or subtropical cyclone formation by the National Hurricane Center.
