Now Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue across portions of southern Illinois and southeast Missouri through mid evening. Some of the activity may work into west Kentucky as well. Through 900 PM...most of the showers and storms will be concentrated along a line from New Madrid and Sikeston Missouri...including Cape Girardeau...north and east toward Vienna...Marion and near Harrisburg in southern Illinois. These storms will produce brief heavy rain and occasional lightning. Movement of the activity will continue north to northeast at 30 mph. |
