waters including the Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary... light winds are expected today as high pres offshore shifts into the region. A weak warm front will glance the coastal waters bringing light rain to the area. Wind and rain will increase on Monday as a cold front passes southeast through western Washington. Onshore flow will increase Mon evening and persist through the middle of the week.
