At 7 am PST...a 1021 mb high was 500 nm west southwest of San Diego and another 1026 mb high was over northeast Nevada. A 1014 mb low was over the coastal waters 30 nm south of San Clemente Island. Light offshore flow this morning will become weak onshore this afternoon then continue over the coastal waters through Wed...increasing later in the week.
