Now Clear skies and calm winds have allowed patchy dense fog to develop over portions of Maryland...the District of Columbia...northern Virginia...and eastern West Virginia. Motorists should use caution...and expect sudden reductions in visibility...which may locally be as low as a few hundred yards...particularly in low lying areas and regions near lakes...rivers...or streams. The fog should dissipate after 800 am EST in most areas. |
