... Lake Wind Advisory in effect from midnight tonight to 6 PM CST
Monday...

The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a lake
Wind Advisory... which is in effect from midnight tonight to 6 PM
CST Monday.

* Event... strong low pressure will lift north of Arkansas tonight
and on Monday. A cold front... trailing southward from the
low... will sweep across the state tonight. South and southwest
winds ahead of the front will increase to 15 to 25 mph this
evening... shifting to the northwest later tonight. West winds at
15 to 25 mph... with gusts up to 30 mph... will prevail on Monday.

* Areas affected... much of Arkansas.

* Timing... breezy conditions will develop tonight and continue
through the day on Monday.

* Impacts... boaters will experience rough and choppy conditions
on area lakes.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A lake Wind Advisory indicates that winds will cause rough chop
on area lakes. Small boats will be especially prone to capsizing.
