Tropical storm conditions possible. Rain and isolated thunderstorms in the morning...then rain likely and isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon. Highs around 74. Some thunderstorms may produce heavy rainfall in the morning. South winds 20 to 30 mph shifting to the southwest 20 to 25 mph in the afternoon. Chance of rain 80 percent.
