South Santee River South Carolina out to 20 nautical miles... high pressure well east of the North Carolina coast will move farther away from the area. Weakening Tropical Storm Ida will help spawn a new non-tropical low pressure center along the southeast Atlantic coast...bringing strong northeast winds Tuesday through Thursday. High pressure will build into the area Friday and persist into the weekend.
