waters...tropical cyclone Ida will make landfall along the central Gulf Coast by early Tue morning...then will turn E and move through the FL Panhandle as an extratropical low Tue through Wed. The pres gradient between the low and high pres centered N of the waters will produce elevated winds and seas through Tue...and could create dangerous marine conditions by midweek.
