Winds and seas will remain at elevated levels through this evening. A cold front is now moving through the coastal waters and will move inland by this afternoon. A second weaker and slower front will move through the area Wednesday.

S wind 30 kt northern portion and S 15 to 25 kt Brookings southward. Occasional gusts up to 40 kt. Wind waves 8 to 11 ft. NW swell 10 to 12 ft at 14 seconds...building to 13 to 15 ft at 14 seconds in the afternoon. Rain.
Tonight
S wind 15 to 25 kt...easing to 10 kt after midnight. Wind waves 7 to 8 ft...subsiding to 3 ft after midnight. Swell NW 11 to 13 ft at 12 seconds. Showers.

S wind 10 kt. Wind waves 2 ft or less. Swell W 8 to 10 ft at 12 seconds. Chance of showers.
