Now Scattered showers continue to move east from locations near Asheville to the northern mountains toward places in the northern foothills through the mid day hours. Showers are also developing in the North Carolina Piedmont mainly north and east of Charlotte. Rainfall amounts will generally be light...but more will fall under any heavy showers and any storms that develop. |
