Now At 100 am PST National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a rather strong thunderstorm about 7 miles southwest of Tillamook... moving northeast at 15 mph. Another thunderstorm was also inland from Newport over the Coast Range. Additional thunderstorms will likely affect the coast and Coast Range overnight. Small hail... heavy rain...gusty winds up to 35 mph...and dangerous lightning can be expected along the coast and in the coastal mountains from thunderstorms overnight. |
