inches, with localized amounts up to 11 inches.

* Where... portions of northeast Wyoming and northwestern and
southwestern South Dakota.

* When... until 11 PM MST Monday.

* Additional details... plan on difficult travel conditions. Be
prepared for significant reductions in visibility at times.
The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
