Blizzard Warning in effect from 10 am this morning to 7 PM EST this evening... Light to moderate snow will continue across central and northeast Maryland early this morning. The heaviest snow will occur across Frederick...Carroll and northern Baltimore counties through 7 am. Snowfall rates of one to two inches an hour will be possible. Winds are expected to shift to the northwest later this morning and become gusty. Sustained speeds of 20 to 30 mph will be likely...with gusts between 40 and 45 mph.
