* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph
expected.

* WHERE...Catalina and Santa Barbara Islands, Los Angeles County
Beaches, Malibu Coast, San Luis Obispo County Beaches, San Luis
Obispo County Inland Central Coast, Santa Barbara County Central
Coast Beaches, Santa Barbara County Inland Central Coast, Santa
Ynez Valley, Ventura County Beaches, and Ventura County Inland
Coast.

* WHEN...From 10 AM to 9 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

LATE SUNDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts to 40 kt and combined
seas 7 to 11 ft are possible when conditions are worst.

* WHERE...Inner waters from Point Mugu to San Mateo Pt. CA
including Santa Catalina and Anacapa Islands.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to
3 PM PDT Sunday. For the Gale Watch, from Sunday afternoon
through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Potentially strong winds may create dangerous sea
conditions which could capsize or damage small and large
vessels.
