NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Humboldt River at Comus.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Minor to moderate lowland flooding
throughout the reach. Some rural roads near the river begin to
flood. Very minor flooding begins in Winnemucca with storm drain
backups, and the lowest parts of town begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:15 AM PDT Monday the stage was 10.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 12:15 AM PDT Monday was 10.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is forecast to fall below flood stage
mid week. The river will subsequently reside in action stage.
- Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
10.1 feet on 07/03/2011.
