...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Major flooding along the river including
Northwest Orange County From Lake View to the Saltwater Barrier
with several homes and camps flooded. Flooding is also occurring
along the river in Beaumont with major flooding at Colliers Ferry
Park and around the Beaumont Country Club. Residential roads off
of Pine Street are impassable and water up to homes. Several
streets in Northeast Beaumont also become flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 10.3 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 1:15 PM CDT Sunday was 10.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.5
feet early tomorrow afternoon.
- Flood stage is 4.0 feet.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River near Town Bluff.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 73.0 feet, Flooding expected in the Mont Neches,
Barlow Lake and Sheffield's Ferry communities. Some homes may
become flooded as well, especially in the Barlow Lake community.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 73.4 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 1:00 PM CDT Sunday was 73.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to near 75 feet
early Tuesday afternoon. Additional rises are possible
thereafter.
- Flood stage is 68.0 feet.

- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 1:00 PM CDT Sunday was 18.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 19.3 feet early
Thursday afternoon. Additional rises are possible thereafter.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following
areas, Hardin, Lower Jefferson, Northern Jasper, Northern Newton,
Northern Orange, Southern Jasper, Southern Newton, Southern
Orange, Tyler and Upper Jefferson.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Scattered showers and storms are expected to develop through
the afternoon. Showers and storms will be capable of
producing heavy rainfall and high rainfall rates. Additional
rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches are expected with localized
amounts up to 5 inches possible. This activity will move over
areas already saturated from heavy rainfall over the past
several days, and will exacerbate ongoing flooding across the
area.

Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River at Rockland.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 30.0 feet, High water will flood and close several
roadways especially in the Fox Landing community. Some low area
homes in the Fox Landing community will also be threatened with
flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 29.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 28.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 29.7
feet early tomorrow afternoon.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
