... Dense fog advisory in effect until 10 am CDT /9 am MDT/ this
morning...

The National Weather Service in North Platte has issued a dense
fog advisory, which is in effect until 10 am CDT /9 am MDT/ this
morning.

* Visibility... areas of fog reducing visibility down to one mile
with patchy dense fog reducing visibility to a quarter mile or
less.

* Timing... visibility will improve by mid morning.

* Impacts... reduced visibility in patchy dense fog will make
travel difficult. Motorists should be prepared for sudden drops
in visibility over short distances this morning.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use
your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
